Bio note
Nikola Lekić was born in 1989 in Belgrade. He spent his childhood and early adolescence in Kruševac and Sombor. He studied Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. His works have been featured in various literary magazines and short story anthologies. Nikola is the author of several novels, including 'Trafika' (Škola Plus, 2016), 'Persson' (Laguna, 2019) and 'The Way of Perceptionists' (No Rules, 2024).

Residency goals
During his stay in Sofia Nikola will work on his new novel – the first part of the 'Season of Masters' trilogy, which is a continuation of the journey that began in his previous novel 'The Way of Receptionists'. He will also participate in the Literary Talks festival in the end of April, as part of
CELA's festival tour.
