Bio note

Khaled Raouf, PhD translates modern Greek literature Into Arabic. He has translated 16 books among which by authors such as Nikos Kazantzakis, Yiannis Ritsos, Stratis Tsirkas, Dimitris Dimitriadis, etc.

Residency goals

Raouf's residency in Sofia is within the Translation Collider project that includes participation at the Sofia Forum on Translations, as well as in the collective residency work on translating contemporary Balkan authors into Arabic.
